About
Luke Carrig is a singer-songwriter from Wicklow, Ireland. After a near eight year hiatus from music—to focus on family, and pursue his first calling as a Pastor—Luke has been easing back into the Irish music scene with a new EP released in 2022 and a first solo gig in The Whale Theatre Greystones, January 2023.
June 2023 saw the release of Luke’s debut album as a solo artist - ‘til the light blooms - which was launched at another sold out show at The Whale.
Luke was a founding member of the original Raglans line up, and co-writer of the popular track “Down” from the Raglans’ debut album which made it to #5 in the Irish Album Charts.
Luke has toured throughout Ireland and the UK supporting the likes of Cathy Davey, Gavin Glass and Midge Ure—to name a few. Luke also had the incredible opportunity to work and tour with the esteemed Squeeze front man, Glenn Tilbrook--a personal highlight.
